This elegant 12-sided line was created to show off the texture and patterns created by a cold steel mold. The pattern shows how the glass rapidly cools on the surface when blown into the mold and creates a slight texture that elevates our decanter design and highlights the optic qualities of glass.

After Playing around with several different processes and finishes, Colin found he loved the texture created by using a cold steel mold. Rather than heating the mold to try and minimize or hide the marks we leaned into them. The pattern shows how the glass rapidly cools on the surface when blown into the mold and adds a slight texture while holding the glass.
